1. Purpose
These Property Listing Guidelines establish the minimum standards that accommodation partners must follow when listing their properties on GlobeOTA.
The objective is to ensure that every listing provides accurate, complete, and reliable information, enabling travellers to make informed booking decisions while maintaining a consistent quality standard across the GlobeOTA marketplace.
These guidelines apply to all accommodation providers including hotels, resorts, heritage properties, desert camps, homestays, villas, apartments, hostels, farm stays, guest houses, eco-lodges, and other lodging establishments listed on GlobeOTA.

2. Eligibility
To list a property on GlobeOTA, the partner must:
* Be legally authorized to operate the accommodation.
* Hold all applicable registrations, licences, and permits required by law.
* Have the authority to accept bookings and receive payments.
* Provide valid business and bank account information.
* Complete GlobeOTA’s verification process.
* Accept the GlobeOTA Hotel Partner Agreement.
GlobeOTA reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that does not satisfy its verification or quality requirements.

3. Property Information
Partners must provide complete and accurate information, including:
* Property name
* Property category
* Full address
* GPS location (where available)
* Contact details
* Description
* Check-in and check-out timings
* Property policies
* House rules
* Nearby attractions
* Languages spoken
* Emergency contact information (if applicable)
All information must remain current and be updated promptly when changes occur.

4. Property Description
Descriptions should:
* Accurately represent the property.
* Be written in clear and professional language.
* Describe actual facilities and services.
* Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims.
* Avoid copying copyrighted content from other websites.
Descriptions must not include:
* False promises.
* Offensive language.
* Competitor comparisons.
* Promotional phone numbers.
* Website URLs.
* Personal contact details intended to bypass GlobeOTA.

5. Images
Images should accurately represent the property and guest experience.
Image Requirements
* High-resolution photographs.
* Good lighting.
* Recent images.
* Original photographs or photographs used with proper authorization.
* Horizontal images where possible.
* Clear, unedited representation of facilities.
Recommended image categories include:
* Exterior
* Reception
* Lobby
* Rooms
* Bathrooms
* Restaurant
* Swimming pool
* Garden
* Conference facilities
* Children’s area
* Adventure activities
* Parking
* Common areas
* Local attractions (where appropriate)
Images must not include:
* Watermarks
* Logos
* Promotional banners
* Contact numbers
* Pricing
* Excessive photo filters
* Misleading edits
GlobeOTA may request updated photographs where existing images no longer reflect the property.

Every room category must include:
* Room name
* Room size (if available)
* Maximum occupancy
* Bed configuration
* Amenities
* Bathroom details
* Air conditioning/heating information
* Smoking or non-smoking status
* View (where applicable)
* Accessibility features (if applicable)
Room descriptions must accurately reflect the accommodation provided.

7. Amenities
Partners should list only amenities that are available to guests.
Examples include:
* Wi-Fi
* Parking
* Swimming pool
* Restaurant
* Room service
* Laundry
* Spa
* Gym
* Lift
* Conference hall
* Power backup
* Pet-friendly facilities
* EV charging
* Airport transfer
Amenities that require additional charges should be clearly identified.

8. Pricing & Availability
Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate:
* Room rates.
* Inventory.
* Rate plans.
* Taxes.
* Meal inclusions.
* Occupancy limits.
* Minimum stay requirements.
* Blackout dates.
* Seasonal pricing.
Rates displayed on GlobeOTA should reflect the agreed commercial arrangement between GlobeOTA and the partner.

Each property must publish accurate policies relating to:
* Check-in.
* Check-out.
* Cancellation.
* Child policy.
* Extra beds.
* Pets.
* Smoking.
* Alcohol (if applicable).
* Visitor policy.
* Identity verification requirements.
Property policies should comply with applicable laws and GlobeOTA marketplace requirements.

10. Guest Experience
Partners are expected to:
* Honour confirmed bookings.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
* Provide the room category booked or an equivalent or upgraded accommodation where appropriate.
* Ensure staff behave professionally.
* Deliver services consistent with the published listing.
Partners should promptly notify GlobeOTA of any operational issue that may affect guest stays.

11. Accuracy of Listings
Partners must ensure that all published information remains accurate.
If facilities become temporarily unavailable, the listing should be updated promptly.
Providing inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information may result in corrective action under the Hotel Partner Agreement.

12. Reviews & Ratings
Partners may respond professionally to customer reviews through the Partner Portal.
Partners must not:
* Submit fake reviews.
* Encourage fraudulent reviews.
* Offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews without disclosure.
* Harass customers regarding reviews.
GlobeOTA reserves the right to moderate reviews in accordance with its Review & Rating Policy.

13. Prohibited Content
Listings must not contain:
* False information.
* Illegal content.
* Offensive language.
* Discriminatory statements.
* Adult content.
* Copyright-infringing material.
* Malware or malicious links.
* Misleading pricing.
* Fake facilities or services.

14. Compliance
Partners must comply with:
* Applicable laws and regulations.
* GlobeOTA Hotel Partner Agreement.
* Commission & Settlement Policy.
* Review & Rating Policy.
* Privacy requirements.
* Consumer protection requirements.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the GlobeOTA marketplace.

GlobeOTA may verify listings through:
* Document verification.
* Property photographs.
* Telephone verification.
* On-site inspections.
* Video verification.
* Customer feedback.
* Periodic quality reviews.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee of the property’s quality or legal compliance.

16. Listing Approval
New listings may undergo review before publication.
GlobeOTA may request:
* Additional information.
* Updated photographs.
* Supporting documents.
* Corrections to listing content.
Publication of a listing remains subject to GlobeOTA’s approval.

17. Listing Suspension or Removal
GlobeOTA may suspend or remove a listing where:
* Information is materially inaccurate.
* Required documents expire or become invalid.
* Serious guest complaints are substantiated.
* Fraudulent activity is suspected.
* Legal or regulatory concerns arise.
* The partner breaches the Hotel Partner Agreement or applicable policies.
Where appropriate, GlobeOTA may provide the partner an opportunity to rectify deficiencies before taking permanent action.

18. Amendments
GlobeOTA may revise these Property Listing Guidelines from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Partner Portal and become effective on the stated effective date.
Continued use of GlobeOTA after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
